E-invoicing & XRechnung
All German B2B companies have had to receive e-invoices since January 2025. Companies above €800,000 in prior-year revenue must send them from 2027, everyone else from 2028. We make your existing system compliant (Sage, Dynamics NAV, Access, FileMaker or industry software), with an export adapter, KoSIT validation before every dispatch, an inbound parser for incoming e-invoices, and a GoBD-compliant 10-year archive hosted in the EU. Plus the usually most time-consuming part: cleaning up your master data. No ERP migration needed. Small businesses from €2,500, mid-sized €8,000–25,000, complex legacy systems up to €60,000.
Accessibility (BFSG)
Since 28 June 2025, the German Accessibility Act (BFSG) applies: whoever sells online to consumers must deliver to WCAG 2.1 AA. Violations risk fines of up to €100,000. We audit automatically (axe-core, Pa11y, Lighthouse, WAVE) and manually (keyboard, screen reader with NVDA, contrast, mobile), fix the critical findings in a sprint, and publish your accessibility statement as a legally compliant page. Google visibility & reviews
Who gets found first on Google Maps is decided by photos, reviews and a maintained profile, not by craftsmanship. We bring your Google Business Profile up to date (complete setup, photo refresh with a Berlin photographer, “Book an appointment” integration) and keep it there: review automation, weekly posts, replies within 48 hours, a monthly ranking report. €590 setup plus €249 per month, cancellable monthly.
